Cancellation Policy
Clients provide a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours advanced notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests after that time will forfeit funds paid and be charged the full pre-charged session(s) rate. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows, may result in termination of a client’s sessions, subject to no refund.
